Question 1

How much does vending service cost the location?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, Nifty Station service is free to the location — we provide the equipment, product, restocking, and ongoing service at no cost to you. If daily traffic and product sales alone don't fully support a location, we may discuss a small monthly minimum sales guarantee so the service stays viable for both sides. Final arrangements are confirmed during your free location assessment.

Question 2

Does Nifty Station Amenities provide the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — in most cases Nifty Station provides the equipment at no cost to the location. Specific equipment, product mix, and any minimum-sales arrangement are confirmed during your free location assessment based on your traffic, hours, and space.

Question 3

Who stocks and services the machines?

Accepted Answer

Nifty Station Amenities handles restocking, routine cleaning, and maintenance. Service frequency is planned based on traffic, product mix, and location needs.

Question 4

Can product selections be customized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We tailor snack, beverage, and fresh options based on employee/resident preferences, dietary requests, shift schedules, and sales data.

Question 5

Do the machines accept cards and mobile payments?

Accepted Answer

We prioritize modern cashless equipment that accepts commonly used credit and debit cards, plus supported mobile wallets.

Question 6

What types of locations qualify?

Accepted Answer

We evaluate every location individually. Traffic, hours of operation, distance from service routes, and equipment fit all factor into eligibility. Submit the location assessment form and we'll follow up.

Question 7

Can Nifty Station replace an existing vending provider?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many locations move to Nifty Station for a cleaner, more modern, cashless experience. Tell us what's not working and we'll review options.

Question 8

What's the difference between a vending machine, smart cooler, and micro market?

Accepted Answer

A vending machine dispenses packaged products. A smart cooler lets customers open the door and it charges for what's taken. A micro market is an unattended small store with open shelves and a self-checkout kiosk.

Question 9

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

Installation timing depends on equipment availability and the scope of the setup. We'll share a realistic timeline once your location is assessed.

Question 10

Do you serve all of Wisconsin?

Accepted Answer

Our current service region is Southeast Wisconsin. Availability within that region still depends on the specific address, route accessibility, travel distance, equipment needs, and expected sales — a Nifty Station representative confirms whether a location is serviceable.

Question 11

What information is needed for a location assessment?

Accepted Answer

Basic details about your property, approximate daily traffic, operating hours, any existing vending, and the services you're most interested in. The location assessment form guides you through the details.
