Terms of use.
Please read carefully before using this website.
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This website is operated by SmartBox Amenities LLC, doing business as Nifty Station Amenities (“Nifty Station Amenities,” “we,” or “us”).
Informational content
Website content is provided for general informational purposes about our vending, smart cooler, and micro market services in Southeast Wisconsin. It is not an offer to provide service at any particular location, and details such as products, equipment, and service options may change.
Forms & service requests
Submitting a contact form, location assessment, or service request does not create a contract and does not guarantee vending placement or service. Eligibility depends on location details, foot traffic, equipment availability, and service requirements, and any service is subject to a separate written agreement.
Nifty Concierge (AI assistant)
The Nifty Concierge is an automated assistant that answers questions from our approved knowledge base. Its responses are informational only and may be incomplete or contain errors. Concierge responses do not constitute binding quotes, pricing, approvals, guarantees, or contracts. Only an authorized Nifty Station Amenities representative can confirm pricing, eligibility, or service terms.
Use of content
Website content, branding, and the Nifty Station Amenities name and logo are owned by SmartBox Amenities LLC or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission from SmartBox Amenities LLC.
Site availability & disclaimer
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we are not liable for errors, interruptions, or reliance on site content to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services & links
The site may use third-party services (for example analytics, scheduling, or email delivery) and may link to third-party websites. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information you provide.
