Nifty Concierge (AI assistant)

Our website includes the Nifty Concierge, an automated assistant that answers questions using our approved knowledge base. Messages you send to the Concierge, its replies, and a per-visit session identifier (kept in your browser’s session storage) are stored so the conversation works and so our team can review conversations to improve answers and respond to requests you make through the chat. The Concierge is informational; please do not share sensitive personal, payment, or banking information in the chat. If you provide contact details through the Concierge so that our team can follow up, we use them for that purpose.

Phone and Text Communications

If you call or text Nifty Station Amenities, we may collect your phone number, the date and time of the communication, and information you choose to provide. Our business phone system may process voicemail messages, call metadata, transcripts, automated summaries, or call recordings when those features are enabled and where permitted by law, to help us respond to inquiries and provide service.

If you communicate with us by text message, we may use text messaging to respond to your request or provide service-related follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of non-essential text messages where applicable.
